333kc Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333kc ("333kc", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://333kc.io and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered an account, contact [email protected] to request account closure.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or matched deposit credit credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player using an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, fishing game, bingo game, or any other interactive entertainment product available on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a Game outcome or a sportsbook market.

03 Eligibility

To register and use any service on the 333kc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement. 333kc does not permit gambling by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 333kc or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, company, or entity when placing bets or participating in games.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by 333kc for Terms violations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law as it applies to you personally.

333kc reserves the right to request additional eligibility documentation at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration process or subsequently is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

04 Account Registration

Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes by contacting [email protected].

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

333kc applies a KYC process to all accounts prior to approving withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account)
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, if requested

Documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in full. 333kc may refuse to process any withdrawal until KYC is satisfactorily completed. KYC checks are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 One Account Per Household

Only one Account is permitted per household address, per IP address, and per mobile device. Where multiple accounts are detected at the same address or IP, 333kc may conduct a review and may close all but the original account, with Bonus Funds forfeited on any accounts determined to have been opened in breach of this rule.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

333kc will never request your password by email, live chat, SMS, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 333kc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

1. Contact 333kc support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]
2. Change your password immediately if you retain access to your Account
3. Provide any information requested by 333kc to assist in the investigation

333kc accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

06 Deposits

All deposits on the 333kc Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• bKash (personal and merchant wallet)
• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved bank transfer channels

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits of the selected payment method and any additional limits applied at the account level. 333kc does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 333kc accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of completing the transaction, contact support with your transaction reference number.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on your Account. 333kc does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or payment methods not previously used for deposits.

7.1 Processing Times

• Standard Accounts (Bronze / Silver VIP): Withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of approval, subject to KYC completion.
• VIP Gold Accounts: Same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
• VIP Platinum & Diamond Accounts: Priority processing with a dedicated account manager handling the request directly.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved
• No active bonus with pending wagering requirements on the Account
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available Real-Money Balance on the Account
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions

333kc reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 and may request supporting documentation before approving such requests.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

333kc offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds are used after Real-Money Funds are depleted from your Account Balance.
• Only one active bonus may apply to an Account at any time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus has unfulfilled wagering requirements may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been met.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is capped at 5x the bonus amount unless a higher cap is explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion more than once
• Placing matched bets or arbitrage bets using Bonus Funds
• Using Bonus Funds exclusively on low-risk, high-RTP games in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk
• Coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit promotional terms

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 333kc Platform are final once confirmed. 333kc does not accept requests to void, cancel, or modify confirmed bets, except in circumstances explicitly covered by these Terms or the rules of the specific game or market.

9.1 Sportsbook — Cricket & Other Markets

333kc offers betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sportsbook bets:

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the confirmation of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event, which are published within the relevant betting market.
• In-play betting markets close automatically at defined trigger points during a match. 333kc accepts no responsibility for bets placed on markets that have already closed.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

9.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are available within the game interface. 333kc accepts no responsibility for disconnections during live dealer sessions caused by the Player's internet connection or device.

9.3 Slots, Fishing Games & Bingo

Slot games, Royal Fishing, and West Hunter Bingo are entertainment products with defined RTPs (Return to Player percentages) published by the game provider. These RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 333kc does not control RTP settings for third-party game content.

9.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market, 333kc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error or system malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. 333kc will notify affected Players of any void settlements via account notification or email.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 333kc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to share information or manipulate outcomes in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player environment
• Cheating: Using any software, tool, exploit, or technique to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or converting funds derived from illegal activity
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account, or providing false identity information

11 Responsible Gaming

333kc is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total net loss you may incur
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration; 333kc will not accept requests to reinstate an excluded account before the exclusion period has expired.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333kc Platform — including but not limited to the 333kc brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of 333kc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 333kc content without prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Create derivative works based on 333kc content
• Use the 333kc brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 333kc for display on the Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333kc excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions relating to the Platform, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

333kc shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game outcomes resulting from third-party software malfunction
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security
• Any decision made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are not fully enforceable, 333kc's liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Privacy & Data

333kc uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform. 15 Amendments to These Terms

333kc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 333kc will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the changes, and any remaining Real-Money Balance will be refunded to you via your registered payment method.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 333kc is incorporated. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration before an agreed arbitral tribunal, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
